  1. I have a “Grant Park” layer cake just waiting to be cut. Can you tell me if any one will work or do you need more darks/mediums than lights? Can’t wait!

  2. Oh Amanda…what a small world! I don’t remember how I connected with your blog, but you sure peaked my interested in your Layer Cake Sampler. And then when I discovered you were from Avon, IN I couldn’t help but be even more excited. You see I too am a Hendricks County girl (Pittsboro) and I thought this pattern would be perfect for my newbie quilter granddaughter who also lives in Avon. I believe every quilt brings a special connection, and I think we have found it for us in this one. Will sure enjoy following you, and God’s Blessings on your dream.

  3. Thank you for sharing your talent and offering a quilt along. I look forward to being a part of your quilt along, you offer so many variations of the of the same block.

  4. Amanda- Wondering if you are planning to do another quilt-along any time soon. I loved this first one, even though I didn’t make it with you!

  5. I wrote to you some time ago and have never heard back from you. I would like to know if I can get a copy of your Sample Quilt Pattern for Layer Cake fabric? Even if I need to purchase the pattern, can you please let me know. I am a longarm quilter and would love to make this quilt for myself. Thank you so much for your help.

  6. Thought that I would let you know that your blog setting must be out as your link takes up more room on my blog than it normally does. Wondered if you could correct this please. Thank you. Happy Stitching.

  7. Amanda, I have been looking for a baby quilt pattern called Electric Zig-Zag Quilt that was on FaveQuilts. I pretty much just got the picture of it but not the pattern. I noticed that it was by you for Moda Bake Shop. I went to that site but still could get nothing. I finally went to your site. I know that this pattern is in a book called The Best Easy Chevrons but I cannot figure out how to get it or buy it. Do you have the book or pattern that I could buy? Thanks so much. Oh, I live in Indiana also (West Lafayette). Jane Prichard
